Amber-coloured top-fermented beer with ruby bottle conditioned.
Appearance:
beige, compact, fine and persistent head; dark amber colour with ruby glints, sometimes there is a yeast cloud; fine perlage.
Bouquet:
cured and caramelised, with herbaceous hints and a slight acidity due to the burnt caramel malt.
Flavour:
the caramel malts offset the slight acidity imparted by the roasted malt and the bitterness of the hop (Admiral variety). Full-bodied beer.
