32 Via dei birrai takes part in Golosaria 2011 that, during the 150 years of the Unification of Italy, is set back to the Palazzina di Caccia of Stupinigi. The best artisanal producers of Italy, selected from the book "The Golosario" by Paolo Massobrio, take part in the event.
